The trucks usually got the left over parts from the cars.In the early '28 cars were made with a left hand E'brake.The AA would have also had those left hand brakes.They may have been used will into the mid '28's for trucks.What is the Serial number, we could tell the year the engine was made if we know this number.

The Hi/Lo should be linkde to another gear box behind the transmission.That makes the truck go slower, just in case you are going to fast.The Hi/LO looks like a large round cast part.It is inbetween the transmission and teh drive shaft.Acutlly bolts to the frame on one end or the other.Can't remember.

Their is a guy in Denver, ED PUTNAM that speciallizes in AA's call him at 303-292-2002.He can help
