Walt,
You will need
2 fender wells at $30 each or 2 fenders with wells at $500 each, 2 side mount carriers and misc at $40 each, two wheels with tires and hub caps depending on condition $50 to $200 each.Mounting the spare tire carrier is the easy part. You will have to cut a round hole in the splash apron 'nose' section.If you choose to put wells in your existing fenders you will have to cut the holes (this is the hard part both skill level and emotionally) and spot weld in the wells. You also will have to paint the fenders and wells. If you are comfortable with doing body work then it is not that hard.
