Hi Sharon.There's a very good article on installing tops on closed cars in the book "How to Restore Your Model A - Volume 3" published by Model A Ford Club of America (MAFCA).If you dad doesn't already have this one, you can order one from MAFCA or get one at many Model A supply houses.I've supplied the link to MAFCA below if you want to contact them.
