: I agree, not all Model A parts houses carry the same quality repro parts. When I was restoring my 31 Roadster and couldn't find NOS or good originals, I got my parts from A&L Parts Specialties in Canton, CT. 203-693-0122.They have a long-time reputation of carrying the best there is.They have a small "flyer" that shows their parts and they show a 20-20 ampmeter for $6.95 in the flyer I have.

Larry,
I've purchased from A&L in the past, and their stuff IS really good.I'm just hate to purchase parts sight-unseen via mail order and risk, at best, shipping them back and eating the postage; at worst, they can't be returned.

Anyone out there purchased an ammeter from A&L?How are they?
