'31 Station Wagon

I have a '31 Wagon, fairly complete but needing restoration. One question - this car has steel front doors, complete w/roll-up glass. The rest of the car is wood and is just as one would assume a woody should be. The doors appear to be factory quality and fit well w/the rest of the body. Is anyone aware of factory steel doors offered for this car? Aftermarket items? I can find absolutely nothing on the subject anywhere else. Thanks in advance for your help.
