: I've checked three Model A parts houses and the reproduction ammeters that they're selling are amazingly poor - they don't fit right, the lettering is wrong, and the bezel isn't the correct shape.

: Has anyone found a good reproduction ammeter?Or, does anyone have a NOS or good original they'd like to sell?

: Am I the only one who's disgusted with some of the lousy reproduction parts on the market?

Rick:I purchased a new ammeter last year.I was told that there were 2 different suppliers and that there wasquite a difference in quality between the two.Unfortunately I didn'tkeep the box so I don't know the name of the supplier of the one I bought. It did fit fine in my oval dash. Also, I had an original face plate( with the numbers and lettering on) and so I removed the new plate and used the original. The original bezel and glass were not useable. And by the way, you are not the only one disgusted with some of the lousy repro parts out there.
