Bruce,
Most Model As did not come with an outside mirrors. The exceptions that I can think of off hand are Late 1930 to 1931 Dlx Roadster and Dlx Phaetons, Town Cars, and commercial vehicles. The Roaster and Phaeton's were chrome, the Town Car was first nickel then chrome, most commercial vehicle were black.
