Grant,
There are several 'conversion kits' on the market look in Hemmings.Please note that just changing to hydraulic brakes does not make your car stop better.The shoes and drums must also be in good shape for good braking.A properly adjusted mechanical system will stop a car as well as a hydraulic system.The big difference is that the mechanical system will require periodic adjustment (thats why there are adjustable clevis).A hydraulic system is 'self adjusting'.So if you are going to put many miles on your car it makes sense to add hydraulic brakes. (save all of the mechanical parts)
