Its your car and you can do as you like, but why cut up a perfectly good blind back when if you want a Fordor with the 3rd window or a Town Sedan there are plenty out there for sale?There are probably a few who would trade you, depending on what model you have.Look up the production numbers on these different body styles and see which one is the lower production quantity.I think you'll find you have the "rarer" car.
Again, enough editorializing...
I think it would be a huge job and you would need to cut out the quarter panel and replace it with one cut out of three window Fordor.It's not just a matter of cutting a hole for the window as there are reveals pressed into the metal during original manufacturing and compound curves that would be real tough to do by hand or by common tools.
Find a trade or sell and buy another sedan.
