I agree with Roger Mayer's suggestion on joining MAFCA. It's the best conduit to the details of the hobby and offers more publications related to the Model A than anyother means.

Model A Judging Standards & Restoration Guidlines
Model A Shop Manual, by Jim Schild
Model A Carburetor, by Paul Moller
Another excellent book is: The Model A Ford 'As Henry FordBuilt It'
There are many other good publications that deal in details to your restoration needs. Through MAFCA and Brattons you can order from their listing.
