I tried this on my '31 Tudor - I gave up on the header - too complicated.I made the others though; came out reasonably good. However, the kits on the market now are so much better than most home-made.These guys have copied the specs from original pieces and after making 100's of them, really do a nice job.

You may want to contact the Model A Ford Foundation (New Braunfels, Texas) - they're working with the Ford Archives in Detroit to scan as many of the original drawings and photographs as they can.

I've never heard of the availablity of the drawings for the wood, but maybe MAFFI has come up with them.

Also, contact the Model A Ford Club's web site and go to the TECH Q&A page.Send a message to the Technical Director - he's been working with MAFFI and may have some hints for you. I've include their web site URL below.Good luck!
