The repro bearings are advertised as permanently lubricated. The grease fitting feeds directly into the bore of the throwout sleeve, and did communicate grease to the throwout bearing thru 4 holes in the sleeve which are now blocked by the new bearing.Since now all you're doing is lubricating the sliding sleeve which is essentially stationary, a coat of Lubriplate on the inside of the sleeve at assembly, or 1/2 pump of lithium grease in the fitting should hold you for several years.
