Canadian Model A Deluxe Tudors

The Model A Standards have a Canadian Supplement where it is mentioned that the TUDOR DELUXE was produced in Canada in 1930 & 1931 and a SPECIAL TUDOR was produced in 1931 only.In the USA, the Deluxe Tudor was produced from June 31 to the end only and there was no such thing as a SPECIAL TUDOR.Does anyone know what the difference was between a Canadian SPECIAL and a DELUXE?I have a July 1930 Canadian Tudor that has original deluxe brown mohair upholstery but no other deluxe features.Could this have been considered a Deluxe with the 1931 SPECIAL being the equivalent of the American Deluxe produced from June 31 and on.Any information at all would be much appreciated on this subject.
