A & L Parts Specialties (Box 301 Canton, CT 06019, 860-693-0112) sells them with a nice etched floral pattern, they list at about $40 in the year or so old catalog I have. We purchaced a set from them many years ago and were very happy with them, but I haven't seen any more recently than that.
