: : Has anyone ever heard of a four door, Murray Body Victoria with three side windows? : Nope.A Model A Victoria was always a two-door sedan. It's different than a Tudor Sedan in the shape of the rear part of the body. The Tudor body is longer at the top; the Vicky rear has what's called a "bustle", a protrusion of the lower body away from the rear window.Inside, there's slightly more room in the rear seat in a Tudor than a Vicky. Rick is quite right about the Victoria was a two door body with a rear seat. But it was actually refered to as the Victoria coupe not a sedan. The bustle in the rear allowed a limited amount of storage or stowage behind the rear seat back rest. The Victoria also had a dropped floor pan in the rear and a lower roof (the windshield frame is shorter than most other earlier closed cars).Except for a preproduction model, all were slant windshield bodies. |
