Need 21"whitewall tires

Here in Alberta, Canada, 21" Firestone whitewalls are quite expensive ($165 Canadian per tire).Just wondering if there are any less expensive alternatives - either lower priced tires or bringing some in from the US and having a smaller bill by the time they arrive.Any suggestions?
