I am not having any luck getting my local paint dist. to match them off of the chips. Also, does anyone know what color Bruce Bone's A-400 national show winner is painted ? I saw this car in Hershey a few years ago but have not seen the colors's it was painted in any Model A paint guides.

: Mike..If you have the old and new book, try a side-by-side and see if you can come close.I am surprised that automotive paint dealers won't do a computer scan and come up with the formulas.Do you have a Ditzler dealer nearby?If you don't have the old book, I will loan it to you, or send me yours, and I'll have my Son-in-law do it.He is a Manager for Iowa Glass who handles Ditzler acrylic lacquer.
The restorer mag has an add for "A"paint from a guy in Roxboro NC.. have no idea other than the ad..
