I bought a restored pair of Oregon plates from D. Wayne Andrus, 335 Dellwood Drive, Euguen OR 97405 a couple of years ago.They are MINT and expensive, but when you consider that you only have to pay DMV one time to register your car and NEVER have to reregister the car in Oregon again, they'll pay for themselves over 3-5 years. He usually shows up at the big Oregon Swap Meets; I see him every year at Portland (May 17-18 this year).
