Engine Rebuilding Help

I have recently started the restoration of 1928 A, Panal Van. I am ready to tackle the engine. I am interested in knowing if there is a good reasonably priced Model A Mechanic / Shop in the Oregon, Southern Washington area. I prefer to remove the engine and have it "professionally" reworked. Does any one know the name and number of a good place in my area? Any help is very welcome. Thank You.
