What carburetor is this?

At first glance it looked like a Tillotson Model A carb.It will fit on the car just fine.When trying to rebuild using a kit from a catalog, most of the parts wouldn't fit.This guy has a rectangular gas bowl gasket (doesn't have the bulge in the side) and uses a six sided choke/adjustment needle.The main jet matches up just fine but it has another jet inside that doesn't come with the kit.There isn't a name or model number on the casting but it does have Made in USA Patents 1,536,043 (could be 1,538,043) on the outside and HF247 stamped on the face of the carb to manifold fitting (where the gasket fits between the carb and manifold).Would anybody care to guess what this thing is? and what to ask for in a rebuild kit?
