Model A Storage

In January the construction of my storage garage was completed. This garage is located under my piling beach home located in Southwest, FL. The construction is 2x4 wall framing, 1/2" plywood sheeting with vinyl siding. The flooring is concrete with aluminum overhead doors. This garage is not exposed to direct sunlight. My concern is the HIGH HUMMIDITYthat exist during the summer months with daily periods of rain. How would this summer environment effect the Model A ? I am thinking about insulating the walls and overhead doors. A large dehummidifier with ceilings fans set on timers come to my mind. Yes, It would be very hard to air condition this garage efficiently. Iknow about the mildew containers with pelts that can be placed in these areas, but would this be sufficient ??Please Help any ideas.
