Hi.I just finished a '31 Tudor, so I'm pretty familiar with your question. When I restored mine, putting it back together after it was apart for 2 decades (yeah, took me 20 years) was a real challenge, cause I couldn't remember where all the nuts and bolts were located.A real time saver was buying a copy of the book "Parts Price List - V8 and 4-Cylinder Cars", commonly referred to as the "Chassis Parts Price List".Almost any Model A parts supplier has these.---- I'm using mine to answer your question.First, I look up "Front Fenders". There's a list of Front Fender Bolts - but it doesn't say where they go.So here's what I did... got some bolts that fit thru my bracket holes to get the correct diameter. Then, hold the bracket to the frame and stick the bolt thru the bracket and frame. On the inside of the frame, the bolt should stick thru about 3/4" to allow the lock washer and nut to be attached.Measure this off on your donor bolt, then take it all apart. You now know the diameter and approximate length of the bolt you need.Look at the chart in the standards. Write down the bolts that come closest to your donor bolt.Run down to your hardware store and get 6 bolts, matching nuts, and lock washers. That's it!
