Well, I've never been afraid of learning something, so I'll order
the back issue this week and see how it compares. In the mean time
I towed/trailered my '28AA down the hill Saturday and went to the
Hayes Truck Museum north of Sacramento near Woodland.Got swarmed by
a small group of people there on a tour who were pointing out all
sorts of items my truck has that they've been trying to find for
their restorations for years.Guess I have a fairly decent and
complete truck from what all the parking-lot experts were saying.

Anyway, I went in and Mr Hayes and I looked through several books
and I saw several more photo's of 1928 AA Express trucks with the
same bed as mine has.So I will be ordering the judges guidelines
on Model A's, and the AA supplement if there is one, and ordering
the back issue of the Restorer.I will find a definitive and
correct answer to document the bed on my truck.I've now seen
photo's of 1928 Express's in four different books and I am that
much more convinced that I have the correct bed.

:) Maybe I should just turn the truck into a Flatbed and make
the bed into a trailer. :)

Like I said, I'm not afraid of getting educated.Perhaps I can
turn this into a degree or something, maybe a BS of AA-Bedology.

mike.

PS, the truck is still for sale, just in case anybody wants to
adopt it.Then you too can get a BS-AA/Bedology
