I do not know of any chassis dimentions but I can tell you in general what to look for. Most frames are bent where the back of the motor mounts to the frame.The side rails should be level from front to back (vertically, looking from the side of the car).Use a tight string to check this.Looking down on the frame from above the side rails should be straight from the back to about the brake cross over shaft where there is a bend.Then they are straight from there to the front. You can use strings from corner to corner to check for the frame being racked.The MAFCA has a series of books on how to restore a Model A.One of them (I think the second) has an article on straightening the frame.See the below link.
