Body to Frame Blocks for 31 S/W Four Door

Where should I get these! What type of wood should they be made of. I am about to fit the body to the frame for it's first fitting on a ground up restoration and am interested in your feedback.Who's product fits the best! Are their better blocks than others! How many shims are necessary and what shapes should I get square or round or both.
