: I am about to install a Le Barron Bonney headliner fabric in my 1930 Coupe. The dome light sits in a circular cut-out in a wood block between two ribs. The LBB instructions do not mention accomodating the dome light. Should I cut a hole in the fabric? Cement the fabric to the inside of the cutout in the wood block? Let the inteference fit between the light and the wood block hold the fabric in place?

The instructions for the twon sedan did mention the dome lightand as i recall the dome light housing was removed, a razor blade was used to cut a cross patern in the material, the dome light re-wired and then pushed back in place and held there by the wood screws. It all looked nice and neat when completed.
